Post Office mural

The Rensselaer Post Office has a mural in its lobby that John E. Costigan painted in 1939. It is titled "Receiving the Mail on the Farm."
Costigan's works are owned by a number of museums, though often not on display. His art, mostly prints, sells at auctions for hundreds of dollars, not thousands.
