The letters in Bouncer are round because they all begin as a ball and then have parts of the ball cut away. Bouncer was one of the very first typefaces I designed. Of fonts I licensed to Educorp in about 1990, this is one of few which is included in this collection. Most of thre rest were embarrassingly bad--even worse than Bouncer.
