Unikled is a decorative type that was inspired by the uncial styles which flourished in monasteries from about 500 to 1000 AD. Uncial made no distinction between upper- and lower-case letters (a distinction which came latter.) However, the upper and lower case are quite different, and you can treat them as two separate alphabets.
