Through the efforts of a few individuals, over 20 murals have been painted on the walls in downtown Rensselaer. Many were done by full-time street artists and are part of what is dubbed the Rensselaer Art Walk. These pages are a digital tour of the paintings of the Rensselaer Art Walk but also include several other works that are notable but not part of the Rensselaer Art Walk. This tour starts at the Rensselaer post office, goes next to the courthouse, then through an alley and across the small Iroquois River to Milroy Park. It continues to Iroquois Park and then along the River to view a long but fairly short mural. It then enters the first of the two alleys that are the center of the RENARTWLK and finishes in the second.
